永恒力位于青浦（上海）的新工厂于8月8日正式开业，取代先前与之距离不远的生产工厂。新工厂按最新环保标准建设，叉车产能每年可达1万多台。今后，永恒力将在中国按欧洲标准开发和生产叉车，延续永恒力一贯以来的卓越品质。

“我们将在青浦，按欧洲质量标准生产现代化、高能效的永恒力叉车。新工厂成立后，我们可以生产更多新车型，以满足市场需求。”永恒力集团董事会主席Hans-Georg Frey在8月8日举行的新工厂开业典礼上说道。

新工厂于一年内竣工，将主要负责公司在亚太地区步行式电动搬运车、平衡重叉车以及前移式叉车的研发和生产。为此，永恒力在青浦工业区购买了6万平方米土地。新工厂生产厂房占地3.6万平方米，三层办公楼地占地面积约4千平方米。先前的工厂成立于2006年，已达到产能极限，将由新工厂取代。

新工厂根据精密的能量概念设计，夏天主要利用水进行温度调节，与同类设备相比，冷却剂的使用减少了90%，同时也大大减少了温室气体的排放。冬季采用地热供暖，未利用能量将通过系统返回地下。新工厂还配备了节能系统，将净化过滤空气输送至各办公室，降低了整栋楼的空气湿度。“这只是我们新工厂众多环保设计中的几个环节。” 负责该项目实施的永恒力叉车制造（上海）有限公司总经理Reinhild Kühne说道。

凭借以上这些环保设计，永恒力新工厂于开业典礼上被授予Leed Silver证书。Leed Silver 是美国绿色建筑委员会（U.S. Green Building Council）制定的建筑生态评级系统，该系统设定了一系列建筑环保标准，包括节能和生态可持续运营。Kühne女士说：“我们很高兴新工厂能荣获此项证书，成为整个上海地区最节能的建筑之一，同时也让我们充满工作热情的员工们能在‘健康’的建筑环境里工作。值得一提的是，我们的工厂建筑布局的设计还符合中国的风水设计原理。”

Based on all this the new Jungheinrich plant was certified at its opening with the Leed Silver certificate， an ecological rating system for buildings developed by the U.S. Green Building Council. This system defines a series of environmental building standards， including resource conservation and ecologically sustainable operation. According to Kühne: “We are delighted to have received this certification for one of the most energy-efficient buildings in the entire Shanghai region， allowing us to put a ‘healthy’ building at the disposal of our highly motivated staff. This is enhanced by the building layout， which was based on the design principles of Feng Shui.”
